Edmonton Oilers VS LA Kings Game Takes a Heated Turn
As the regular NHL season nears its end, the Western Conference playoff race is shaping up to be a close finish, with numerous teams separated by just one or two points for either a home-ice advantage or winning the division outright. In the Pacific division, only five points are separating the top three teams - Vegas with 104, LA with 100, and Edmonton with 99 points heading into their game that night.
Oilers Nation got a glimpse of a potential playoff matchup with the LA Kings, and if this series does happen, it will surely be an exciting one. Oilers centerman Nick Bjugstad forced Kings forward Alex Iafallo into the boards, which led to a scrum behind the net.
