Former Edmonton Oilers forward Dylan Holloway sends a heartfelt goodbye & thank you to the fans who have supported him throughout the years.
Thank you to the @edmontonoilers organization, my teammates, fans, and the city of Edmonton for making these past couple years very special. Made lot of good memories and loved every minute of it.
Dylan Holloway was meant to be a key member of the Oilers organization for years to come, but was unfortunately scooped up by the St. Louis blues via offer sheet earlier last month.

Holloway was disappointed with how things were handled by Edmonton's management, saying he felt backed into a corner and simply left to sign with another franchise in the Blues.
"I knew if I did go to the Blues, I was going to a really good organization with good people and a good vision for the future," he said. "When that whole week went down, I didn't actually expect it to be as big news as it was... Edmonton fans wanted my head there for a bit, they probably still do, but I'm excited to be part of the Blues now."
