The Edmonton Oilers are shaking things up in net as they look to improve their performance down the stretch. With goaltender Jack Campbell struggling lately, Stuart Skinner is expected to take on the harder games for the rest of the season. During morning skate, Skinner was in the starters crease, and he is likely to get the nod tonight against the Los Angeles Kings.

In addition to the goaltender change, the Oilers are also making adjustments to their forward lines. After an impressive five-point night against the Vegas Golden Knights, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins will once again team up with Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman on the top line. Meanwhile, Leon Draisaitl, the NHL's second leading scorer, will be flanked by Evander Kane and Kailer Yamamoto on the wings.

Skinner, a promising young goaltender at just 24 years old, will be looking to bounce back from his last matchup against the Kings. In that game, he allowed three power-play goals on 24 shots, but he remains a key part of the Oilers' future plans. With the team fighting for a playoff spot, his teammates will be looking to rally behind him and secure a crucial victory against the Kings.
